A : Yes, Regent Suvarnabhumi provides airport transfer service by a standard car at 150 Baht/way/car (maximum 3 people in car) or by van at 200 Baht/way (maximum 8 people). Guests may also request for car hire service which starts off at 400 Baht/hour with the minimum 3 hour.

Q : Where can I find your airport representative when I arrive at the airport ?

A : Our airport representatives will be holding your name plate and waiting for guests at the airport representative area, near Gate 4, in the arrival hall. In case that you cannot find our airport representative, please kindly contact AOT information counter near Gate.3 to make an announcement or call our hotel at 02-346-4400, we will send the staff to pick you up within 10 minutes.

Q : Do you have in-room internet access ?

A : Yes, our hotel provides in-room internet access both wired and WiFi free of charge. You may borrow the LAN cable from our front reception if you wish to connect to the internet via LAN cable.

Q : Do you provide babysitting and baby cot ?

A : Sorry, we now do not provide babysitting service. However, we do provide baby cot for free but it is based on availability and needs to be confirmed by hotel.

A : No, we do not have a policy allowing pets in the property.

Q : How far Regent Suvarnabhumi to the nearest BTS or train stations ?

A : The hotel is about 20 minutes away by car to the nearest BTS station, On-Nut. You may take the public taxi from hotel to On-Nut BTS station and then take BTS train to Siam (Bangkok downtown - Shopping centers). Besides, the hotel is only 5 minutes away from Latkrbang Airport train station which you may take the skytrain to downtown Phyathi station.

A : You may make the reservation on our website and get instant confirmation and it is 100% secured through 128-bit SSL technology. Regent Suvarnabhumi Hotel does not obtain and/or store any of your credit card information.

Q : What do I do if I do not receive a confirmation of my on-line reservation ?

A : Within 3 business days, you should receive our confirmation. If you do not have one, please contact us at booking@regentsuvarnabhumi.com

Q : What is the hotel children policy ?

A : The hotel allows a child under than 10 to stay with parents free of charge with existing bedding configuration.

Q : What is the hotel cancellation and no-show policy ?

A : In the case your trip is postponed and your reservation is confirmed. You may consider a cancellation of your reservation. The cancellation can be made through this web site, or via e-mail to booking@regentsuvarnabhumi.com. Please assure you receive an email from the hotel to confirm your booking cancellation. Any cancellations received less than 2 days before arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee, in the amount of 1st night charge. Failure to arrive at the hotel will be treated as a late cancellation. This will incur 1st night cancellation fee.

Q : If I have to reschedule my trip, can I amend my reservation ?

A : Yes, please kindly email to booking@regentsuvarnabhumi.com with booking details and we will confirm you in reply should the room is available for you on the new date.

Q : If I book a room at your hotel through agents or internet agents, what should I do to amend the booking ?

A : Please kindly contact your agent and instruct them to modify the booking. They will send us the update instruction to modify your booking if it is possible. Please kindly be noted that we CANNOT amend your booking made through agents from the hotel side.

Q : What is the hotel standard check-in and check-out time ?

A : Hotel standard check-in time is 13:00 hours and check-out time is 12:00 hours. Early check-in and late check-out is subjected to an addition fee of 200 Baht/hour. However, we will try to be flexible based on the room availabilities and it has to be confirmed by our front reception staff to waive you this fee.
